Programs & Initiatives

The ECA is investing in young children and their families when it matters most. Since our launch in 2015, we have advanced several programs and initiatives to strengthen the early childhood system, supporting new parents so their children are healthy and ready for kindergarten; providing health and developmental screenings along with referrals and follow-up services; strengthening the quality of child care; and providing support for a better coordinated and effective early childhood system.
